RENALIYAS is a strategic partner to the real estate industry — not a builder, contractor, or registered real estate promoter/developer under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). RENALIYAS does not itself construct, sell, or hold inventory in any real estate project.
Our role is strategic: we bring direction, structure partnerships, and provide development oversight in collaboration with the developers, landowners, investors and institutions we work with. Where a project is realised through a RENALIYAS-structured partnership, the RERA-registered promoter of that project will be a separate, appropriately licensed entity, and all statutory disclosures will be made by that entity as required by law — not by RENALIYAS.
RENALIYAS does not currently have any RERA-registered project. Where a specific project is launched, applicable registration details under RERA will be published on this website and in project materials as required by law, by the relevant registered promoter. Any project category described on this site (Residential, Commercial, Plotted Developments, Mixed-Use) reflects the focus areas RENALIYAS is built to pursue strategically, not developments RENALIYAS itself constructs.
